Yay, Stirla!
No more pre-order nonsense. It’s out and you can download it right now!
Trouble covers the Overworld and the Rift Riders seem further from home than ever, but there is hope in the darkness, even if the road to recovery is long.
For the first time in more than a century, dragons have returned to the human lands, but their numbers are few and their welcome is… difficult. If Mhysra, Lyrai and their friends were expecting a heroes’ welcome on their return, they may have a long time to wait.
In the West, Stirla and Derrain have their own troubles to deal with, thanks to a determined princess and some foolhardy nobles. Not to mention the opinions and intentions of their superiors.
And at Aquila, Lord Yullik waits for the fight he knows will come. Yet all the while an unseen threat moves in the shadows. New dangers stir across the mountain, but whether for good or evil, only the gods of this cursed world can tell…

Thanks, as always, for reading and buying my books. And don’t forget Aquila’s War kicks off on Friday. See you there!
Where did September go? What happened? I had all these beautiful plans laid out, the next thing I know I have one week left and no book… Meep.
Anyway, here’s a brief list of what I’m babbling about today:
More in-depth below.
I feel like I’ve been busier than usual of late, so here’s a quick link post to recap it all.
First, Cloud Cursed is out! And still at its low introductory price of 0.99 (or the lowest equivalent I could list it at). Grab it while it’s cheap.
Or sign up to my Patreon before this Friday and get it for free!
Speaking of Patreon, if you take a look over there right now you’ll find a couple of posts unlocked for everyone to read:
There are also plenty of posts that are locked for only my Patrons to see.
And that’s it for the moment. I’m currently taking a few days off to reset my brain before diving into Storm Wings edits, but I did read through Wingborn #6 the other day and found it less awful than I thought, which was nice. I’m also getting a much clearer idea of how the Dragonlands series is going to turn out and a few more Goryal Adventure ideas.
Here’s hoping your own September is working out as well.
Take care, my lovelies.
In case you might have missed it – Cloud Cursed is out now!

But in case you’re still not sure if you want to give it a go yet, here’s Chapter 1, Part 2 to tempt you along. Say hello to pensive Khennik.
And if you missed the first half, catch up here.
